For no mere mortal can resist the evil of the thriller!
Long story short, Thriller must be the ultimate Halloween anthem. And these are my Halloween inspirations:
I love how fresh and enlightened I feel everytime I visit the Selby. The homes of the creative type are featured by realistic, ‘nofilter’ photos of homes that are not necessarily crazy-neatly organized, not stereotypical and most of all, never DULL.
I share with you 5 shots from 5 different homes.
Two bizarre houses
One architect, two different and crazy ideas, complicated productions, awesome results. Which one is your favorite?
Alex Chinneck is responsible for this crazy project named “From the Knees of My Nose to the Belly of my Toes”. The front of the building appears to be ‘sliding’ down into the front yard. The installment of the facade makes the building look like it is functioning somehow.
Mr Chinneck’s other ‘facade hacking’ project is named ‘Under the weather but over the moon’. He constructed a new facade in London, to make the building look upside down. The original structure was first built in the 1780s as a storage facility for horses and carriages.
Q:Are you ona hiatus? And your ask button is very well hidden! ^^
No this is not a “hiatus” believe me. I have so many things to share nowadays, just limited time to put them online. Soon, very very soon. Thanks! xxx
Pastels, you da man.
I am not sure if pastels (pale or not) are still trendy or not. I don’t care. As long as you nail down the color combination, it never really goes out of style. Here are some quick recent fave’s. Kisses!
