Young, single, businessman and DJ. The owner of this apartment, located in the West side of São Paulo, wanted to keep living near his company and at the same time grant his new house all the modernity that represents this moment of his life.
The property, a typical apartment of the 80’s, was literally put down and rebuilt from scratch. All partitions that limited the rooms, were removed.
All the woodwork was designed by the architect and one of the great aspects of the project’s interior design was the “high-low” effect, that is, great insights with very low costs. For example, the DJ table, is actually an alluminium ladder that gained a new interpretation. The whole furniture line follows an unassuming style, inspired in the 70’s.
by the British company “Toast”. Here is the full catalogue.
I really feel inspired when I look at these photos. Relaxing colors, simple textures and the real inspiration is that wall thingy behind the bed.

Barcelona’s El Palauet Living embodies very fine qualities offering their guests a cool and unforgettable stay. Although each suite is uniquely decorated, they all merge the old and new beautifully, helped by the calm palette of white, cream and grays. To top it all off, there is a private spa on the rooftop terrace for the exclusive use of the residents with splendid views of the Catalonian city.
