Welcome to a cozy home from 1918 situated in Gotland, Sweden. The house has four bedrooms, a patio facing southwest with indoor unit with large windows. 

As soon as you step into the beautiful hall / entrance you realize that you are in a special house with wonderful charm. In the house all rooms are hardwood floors in the original, it’s high ceilings, and beautiful old windows (freshly painted) has good natural light and many individual details highlight the feeling of the house.

This cute little pool house / BBQ area belongs to a wonderful place on sale in Tylösand, Halmstad. 

The apartment features two patios in 140 square meters and a very attractive gazebo where summer and winter can be enjoyed. Imagine the parties. Neat.

Apparently there is a hip real estate firm called Fantastic Frank in Stockholm. They are selling this place and I am very irrelevant indeed.

I love the veranda of this villa. It is all summer feelings. The house-owners also kept some of the old fittings in the guest-wc which I really like. And who wouldn’t like a bedroom with windows facing two directions AND an balcony?
